We are also committed to ensure residents are fully consulted about matters that effect their wellbeing and quality of life.

Michelle Douglas is our Registered Manager. Highly experienced, Michelle has worked at Riccall House for over 19 years and holds a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Michelle is ably assisted by a Care Supervisor and four Senior Care staff all of whom have achieved Diplomas in Care. The majority of our Day and Night Care Assistants are trained to level 2 Diploma as a minimum.
