 Joining us

If you, a family member, friend or loved
one would like a place at Riccall House,
here you will find more information,
guidance and downloadable forms.

If you would like to apply for a residential place here at Riccall House, please get in touch for a chat. We welcome visits by appointment to give you an insight into how we live and all the activities we offer.

Read and download our Riccall House Guide. This easy to read guide includes everything you need to know about making Riccall House a home from home.

We accept local authority and privately funded residents. You can find out more about funding for care here.

You can download our Local Authority Funding Contract. Download our Self-funding Contract.

To apply for a place for yourself or someone you care for, please download and fill out our Resident Application Form. Then complete and return it to us. We also have a Respite Stay Contract for short-term stays.

Laundry and housekeeping are both included.

We work hard to resolve any issues or concerns as soon as they occur. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our services there is recourse to a complaints procedure, which you will find the information within the Resident Guide viewable from the link above.

Whatever you would like to know, please feel free to get in touch with us…

Perhaps you may not be ready for residential home care but could benefit from care delivered to you at home? We are part of Riccall Care group and we may be able to support you, your family and loved ones in other ways. Visit Riccall Care for more information.
